Overcoming the common distinction between religiosity and laicity, it is possible to find the condition for a development of a religious pluralism (as a kind of new humanism) in the interreligious dialogue, based on an epistemological turn of theology and on a hermeneutic approach to otherness.

Depending on the criterion of existence and, hence, on the following ontological commitment, the question of ground can assume different ontological weights and may even appear senseless. Further, the question of sufficient reason refers to the causal power of the form, which marks the original questioning of metaphysics.
