Publisher Summary This chapter describes a wide variety of work employing surface plasmon resonance (SPR), surface plasmon field-enhanced fluorescence spectroscopy (SPFS), and surface plasmon field-enhanced diffraction spectroscopy (SPDS) analysis, specifically for investigations relevant to biofunctional, bio-affinity aspects.
