Abstract Background and purpose To evaluate the quality of life (QoL) of patients with inoperable non-small cell lung cancer treated with conventionally fractionated radiotherapy (CF) vs. continuous hyperfractionated accelerated radiotherapy weekend-less (CHARTWEL). Material and methods The largest monocentric subgroup of the phase III CHARTWEL trial was analyzed up to three years after randomization.
