The normal muscles of young men and women were studied with histochemical and morphometrie techniques in order to stablish the normal muscular pattern for thc diagnosis of the gluteus muscle pathology. The NADH-tr activity showed three types of fibers and two types with ATPasc myosinic, everything compared to morphometric valucs which show thc light NADH-tr acthity fibers to have a higher proportion of them than !hose of high NADH-tr activity.
