Els noms d’animals salvatges i domèstics ocupen un lloc principal en tots els estudis sobre vocabulari, cultura o economia dels indoeuropeus. La seua reconstrucció serveix com a il·lustració molt aclaridora d’un poble que passa de ser nòmada a sedentari i que, probablement fugint d’una climatologia extrema, protagonitza una gran expansió cap a indrets més temperats i fèrtils on descobreix i estén la ramaderia i l’agricultura. Esboç d'una tipologia de l'oració complexa llatina

We propose a new classification of the Latin complex sentence taking into account two transversal criteria: the syntactic level and the presence or absence of a nexus. Regarding the syntactic level we can distinguish between coordination (parataxis) and subordination (hypotaxis). Based on the presence or absence of a nexus we distinguish between asyndesis (no link), syndesis (with a single link) and polysyndesis (more than one link). The intersection of these two criteria results into 6 different types of sentence.
