Se presenta una reflexión acerca del potencial de la evaluación formativa del profesorado y los elementos que inciden en ella haciendo que pierdan su validez cuando se utiliza con consecuencias sumativas. Se orienta hacia los aspectos que podría interesar analizar en el momento de incertidumbre que vive España en la actualidad. A reflection is presented about the potential of the formative evaluation of the teaching staff and the elements that affect it, causing them to lose their validity when used with summative consequences. It is oriented towards the aspects that could be interesting to analyze in the uncertainty moment that Spain is currently experiencing.
