The subject of presented studies are the issues connected with the widely understood education of innovative teachers. The matter of this issue, raised by the representatives of various educational disciplines, together with the inefficiency of implemented theoretical concepts, determines the necessity of searching new elutions, that will optimize teachers’ innovative competence. Thus, according to the title, the article contains the proposals for comprehensive hanges in the organization, didactics and contents of pro‐innovative education of teachers (including an introducing the subject "Pedagogical Innovation" to the programs of full‐time and part‐time studies; setting up the Academic Circle of Innovative Education; the appointment of innovation’s social advocates; setting up international centers for the professional development of teacher’s education anagers), that will ensure the successful realization of the educational tasks of contemporary school.
