description

we report three cases of pure cutaneous Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD) showing prominent nuclear pleomorphism. This unusual finding confers a worrisome appearance to these lesions, challenging their recognition and creating difficulty in the differential diagnosis with malignant neoplasms.
