The first section exposes these challenges in the framework of the claimed socio-ecological transition. The second section argues that territorial intelligence constitutes a scientific answer to these challenges, establishing the differences with other concepts such as “economic intelligence” or “communitarian development”. The final section presents the axles and operational tools of territorial intelligence that are proposed by ENTI, main progresses are discussed and current prospects of the network are summarized.
