To obtain social prestige, the Educational Research need achieve a high grade of Validity but this is not ever present. For this reason, is important clarify properly the subject. Despite the unanimous importance conferred to seminal work of Campbell and his collaborators (Stanley, Cook,etc.) in the field of Research Validity, a review of most recent texts published in Spain about Educational Research shows that none follow the models of Research Validity exposed by Carnpell and collaborators since 1979, but in all cases they refer (or uses diverse variations) to older models. To clarify the situation we make a review of the evolution and state, of art over the last few years, as well as a critical analysis of the actual situation of the subject.
