In this article we show some experiences with ICT that in the school context, they try to inscribe inside the category of participation, wondering if it is a question of one more slope in the social participation or if really they do not manage to surpass a simple technological bricolage in the school practices. After the analysis, we conclude that across these uses the subjective dimension of the participation is being praised to the detriment of its social and political connotations, that are those who should be promoted from the school and which they remain relegated in the background.
