Master's thesis in Health informatics (HSI501) Background: Due to the need for a greater availability of mental health care services, several treatment options are being developed via digital platforms. eMeistring is an internet guided therapy, offered to patients with depression, panic disorders and social anxiety. We wanted to learn more about patients experiences with the web-based solution that eMeistring is using, due to the results from a previous project, where we found that the therapists were not satisfied with the solution’ susability. Purpose:The purpose of the study was to investigate what experiences the patients had with the latest version (3.2.1)of the web-based solution in eMeistring, and whether they had specific wishes for improvements. The problem for the study was formulated as follows: «What experiences does patients have with the use of the web-based solution used in the treatment of depression in eMeistring?
