Addressing Delicate and Variable Cancer Morphology in Spectral Histopathology Using Canine Visceral Hemangiosarcoma.  DOI: 10.1021/acs.analchem.0c05190 DATASET: The size of the raw data was too heavy, so Images were extracted and cleaned up using Massive supercomputer. (massive.org.au).  SUMMARY_PLSDA: Describes the analysis by PLSDA. SUMMARY_RF: Describes de analysis by Random Forest. Optimodel_Images: Collection of homemade functions used in the data treatment NOTE: PLS_Toolbox from Eigenvector is needed for running the codes.
