The paper discusses final stage oi the development of the leading Silesian calendar publication appearing on the Corman side of the border. The article presents history of the publication., some journalist elements (i.e. format, capacity, circulation, price, distribution), compositional schemes, contents and meaning of annual sets of numbers of the publication. Special attention has been focused on record and interpretation of the calendar's contents. The printed material has been arranged in genelogical order. Somewhat different character of the problems discussed till 1925 was a proof of essentially different concept of literature for people cultivated by two last patrons of the publication. Whereas Adam Napieralski treated equally educational and entertaining functions of the calendar, Association of Poles in Germany stressed generally the first function. Apart from those differences, both editors cared eąually for instrumental reception of their publication which kept up the model of education based on religious, moral and civic virtues.
