Throughout this paper we are going to analyze the modifications that the legislators carried out in the Criminal Code and in the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction Law, in 2015, that affect the execution of the demolition of illegal constructions. We will also check how, especially, the European retired residents played a fundamental role in the modification of these laws.
