En aquest treball editem el text llatí i traduïm al valencià la dedicatòria a Joan Piera, personatge desconegut i potser fictici, del Tractatus de inscriptionibus antiquis (1758) de Fray Lluís Galiana, obra manuscrita inèdita, conservada en la Biblioteca General i Històrica de la Universitat de València (Ms-92). In this work we edit the Latin text and translate into Valencian language the forewords addressed to Joan Piera, unknown character and perhaps a fictional one, of the Tractatus de inscriptionibus antiquis (1758) by Fray Lluís Galiana, unpublished manuscript, preserved in the General and Historical Library of the University of Valencia (Ms-92) .
