A lo largo del artículo se analiza el reconocimiento internacional al derecho a recibir información medioambiental, especialmente en aquellos casos en que se dé una amenaza para la salud o para el medio ambiente. La última parte se centra en el estudio de la legislación dictada en el Consejo de Europa y en la jurisprudencia del TEDH y las decisiones del CEDS. In this article, the international recognition of the right to receive environmental information is analyzed, especially in cases where there is a threat to health or the environment. The last part focuses on the study of the legislation passed in the Council of Europe and the jurisprudence of the ECHR and the decisions of the ECSR.
