Through our observations of classroom practices, as didacticians and linguists, we notę that infinitive constructions govemed by a verb of perception (1CP) are only extremely rarely included in French as a Foreign Language teaching programmes. Yet, the perception of reality through the senses is one of the sociolinguistic objectives. In this case, unless we are inattentive, this is a notable gap in didactics that should be filled. We would propose to elucidate the specificities of the French ICP from a semantic-logical and cognitive perspectives.

Balstoties uz Artura Kleinmana slimības skaidrojošā modeļa, kas definē faktorus slimības izrpatnes veidošanā, un citu sociologu un antropologu teorētiskajiem darbiem, tika konstruēta teorētiskā bāze, lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi un veiktu datu analīzi. This thesis will examine trauma and loss in Rachel Cusk’s Outline trilogy: Outline (2014), Transit (2016) and Kudos (2018), and how it opposes and supplements another narrative, that of conversion and the reinvention of the self. I will track the tension between the model of personal trauma and loss of the main character and the conversion or rebirth narrative that unfolds in the novels. The trilogy introduces us to Faye, a writer who has recently divorced her husband after seven years of marriage and who is living alone with their two sons. Abstract Background Obesity and ethnicity play important roles in cardiovascular complications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). This study aimed to compare cardiometabolic risk profiles between Chinese and Finnish older adults of central obesity with prediabetes or T2DM. Methods Study subjects were 60–74 years old and originated from two population samples. The Finnish subjects came from the Kuopio Ischemic Heart Disease (KIHD) study (n = 1089), and the Chinese subjects came from the Shanghai High-risk Diabetic Screen (SHiDS) study (n = 818). The problem of constructing the luminosity function in the general case is still unsolved. On the other hand, the latter function plays an important role both in studies of individual properties of astrophysical objects and their distribution. Our idea is to construct the luminosity function for galaxy clusters detected at limiting magnitude m10 > 18.3. Moreover, we would like to compare obtained luminosity function with that calculated for different Bautz–Morgan (BM) type of galaxy clusters. We discuss implication of our results for theory of formation of galaxies and their structures.

Myös kuuden viikon kestävyysharjoittelun vaikutuksia tarkasteltiin tutkittavien suolistomikrobiston koostumukseen ja kardiometabolisiin riskitekijöihin. Tāpēc maģistra darbā izpētītas praksē pastāvošās Satversmes tiesas spriedumu izpildes problēmas. Attiecīgi izdarīti secinājumi par to, vai tiesiskais regulējums rada nepieciešamos priekšnoteikumus Satversmes tiesas spriedumu pienācīgai izpildei. Programmed cell death‐1 (PD‐1) signaling downregulates the T‐cell response, promoting an exhausted state in tumor‐infiltrating T cells, through mostly unveiled molecular mechanisms. Dynamin‐related protein‐1 (Drp1)‐dependent mitochondrial fission plays a crucial role in sustaining T‐cell motility, proliferation, survival, and glycolytic engagement. Interestingly, such processes are exactly those inhibited by PD‐1 in tumor‐infiltrating T cells. Experimental information on nuclear excitation and decay associated with DBD is crucial for theoretical calculations of the DBD-NME.
