Recientemente, España ha traspuesto la Directiva 2019/771, 20 mayo 2019, relativa a determinados aspectos de los contratos de compraventa de bienes a través del Real Decreto-Ley 7/2021, de 27 de abril. La trasposición ha seguido un esquema bastante previsible, teniendo en cuenta que la Directiva era de máximos. Si bien España no ha aprovechado la ocasión para incluir algunas novedades interesantes que quedaban dentro del arbitrio de cada Estado. En definitiva, lo más destacable de la propia trasposición española es el aumento de los plazos, tanto de garantía, como de presunción de defectos e incluso de prescripción de las acciones.

We present evidence of non-excimer-based secondary scintillation in gaseous xenon, obtained using both the NEXT-White TPC and a dedicated setup. Detailed comparison with first-principle calculations allows us to assign this scintillation mechanism to neutral bremsstrahlung (NBrS), a process that has been postulated to exist in xenon that has been largely overlooked. Theory of Heterogeneous Circuits With Stochastic Memristive Devices

We introduce an approach based on the Chapman-Kolmogorov equation to model heterogeneous stochastic circuits, namely, the circuits combining binary or multi-state stochastic memristive devices and continuum reactive components (capacitors and/or inductors). Such circuits are described in terms of occupation probabilities of memristive states that are functions of reactive variables. As an illustrative example, the series circuit of a binary memristor and capacitor is considered in detail. Some analytical solutions are found. Our work offers a novel analytical/numerical tool for modeling complex stochastic networks, which may find a broad range of applications.

The article analyses some aspects of writing in Prince Sigismund Vasa’s (1566-1632) education in the latter half of sixteenth-century Sweden. The focus is on the rare, hand-written material of his youth, which reflects the educational ideals, practices and strategies in the inter-confessional Jagiellon–Vasa family and at their court(s) in the context of a complex political situation. One example is young Sigismund’s salutation to the Pope included in her mother’s, Catherine Jagiellon’s (1526-1583), letter.
