Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski analizēt un praktiski pārbaudīt skolēna pašvadītu mācīšanos āra nodarbībās nodrošinošus pedagoģiskos paņēmienus. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēta pašvadītas mācīšanās un āra nodarbību jēdzieni, to būtība dažādu pedagogu un psihologu atziņās. Tiek analizēti pašvadītas mācīšanās ietekmējošie faktori jaunākā skolas vecumposma bērniem, nosacījumi tās veicināšanai, kā arī nepieciešamība tās veicināt āra nodarbībās. Nitric oxide is a ubiquitous molecule involved in a variety of biological processes. The specific action of NO depends on its enzymatic sources namely neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS), endothelial NOS (eNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) and all three isoforms have been localized in the gastrointestinal tract. Constitutive synthesis of NO by nNOS or eNOS isoforms is involved in the maintaining of the gastrointestinal mucosal integrity through modulation of gastric mucosal blood flow, epithelial secretion and barrier function. Low endotoxemia prevents the reduction of gastric blood flow induced by NSAIDs: role of nitric oxide

1 The role of nitric oxide (NO) in the effects of low endotoxemia on gastric damage and blood flow has been evaluated in indomethacin-treated rats. 2 Pretreatment (-1 h) with endotoxin (40 micro g kg(-1)) reduced gastric damage induced by indomethacin (20 mg kg(-1)) in conscious rats. 3 Endotoxin prevented the reduction in gastric blood flow (laser Doppler flowmetry) induced by indomethacin in pentobarbital-anaesthetised rats. 4 Pretreatment with an NO-synthase (NOS) inhibitor (L-NAME, 1 mg kg(-1)) reversed the protective effect of endotoxin on gastric blood perfusion. 5 Endotoxin did not modify the expression of mRNA for endothelial NOS or inducible NOS in the gastric corpus when evaluated…

The discovery that nitric oxide (NO) functions as a signalling molecule in the nervous system has radically changed the concept of neural communication. Indeed, the adoption of the term nitrergic for nerves whose transmitter function depends on the release of NO or for transmission mechanisms brought about by NO (Moncada et al., 1997) emphasizes the specific characteristics of this mediator. The physical properties of NO prevent its storage in lipid-lined vesicles and metabolism by hydrolytic degradatory enzymes. We aimed to evaluate the influence of superior mesenteric artery (SMA) ischaemia-reperfusion (I/R) on mesenteric resistance artery vasomotor function and the mechanism involved in the changes in vascular responses to ET-1.
