Gain of function mutations in the H3K27 methyltransferase EZH2 represent a promising therapeutic target in germinal center lymphomas. In this study, we assessed the frequency and distribution of EZH2 mutations in a large cohort of patients with follicular lymphoma (FL) (n = 366) and performed a longitudinal analysis of mutation during the disease progression from FL to transformed FL (tFL) (n = 33). Mutations were detected at 3 recurrent mutation hot spots (Y646, A682, and A692) in 27% of FL cases with variant allele frequencies (VAF) ranging from 2% to 61%. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izvērtēt rauga Saccharomyces cerevisiae 14 ietekmi uz aktīvo dūņu baktēriju kopienas sastāvu un to aktivitāti benzalkonija hlorīda klātbūtnē. Eksperimentos ar aktīvajām dūņām un notekūdeņiem no ķīmiskās rūpnīcas, kā arī ar sintētiskajiem notekūdeņiem, tika pierādīta rauga S.cerevisiae 14 stimulējošā iedarbība uz aktīvo dūņu mikroorganismu fizioloģiskajiem procesiem, t.sk elpošanas intensitāti. Total protein, lipid, and glycogen of Aedes vexans (Meigen) were related linearly to body size at eclosion. Starvation after emergence led to the determination of minimal irreducible amounts of protein, lipid, and glycogen and the availability of the teneral reserves, whereas access to sucrose revealed the potential for reserve synthesis. Glycogenesis and lipogenesis increased reserves approximately 10-fold the teneral value within 1 and 2 wk after emergence, respectively. This is constructed in terms of a degree two covering of a sequence of blow ups of three dimensional projective bundles over the Segre-Hirzebruch surfaces ${\mathbb F}_n$ for every positive integer $n$ big enough.
