Denied to typology Southern architecture in the essay recognizes a specific identity and perfect exceptionality in the essence of the place. If the facade establishes a relationship with the aesthetics of the landscape the underlying themes define other significant relationships. The logical ordering of the members the geometric clarity and the rigor of the relationships refer to an architecture that is measured and is a measure itself of the territory and its morphology. In turn the thickness of the facade expresses the relationship with the environment and interprets the climatic conditions in a poetic way intervening on the control of light on the voids in the wall faces on the determination of the shadow. Fra quanti misero a punto un metodo storico-critico per lo studio delle fonti giuridiche romane va menzionato anche Gradenwitz, che – insieme ad altri studiosi tedeschi – sarebbe stato uno dei maestri di Riccobono. La prima produzione scientifica di Riccobono, che si riconosce nel nuovo indirizzo storico-critico affermatosi in Germania, si avvale dei metodi appresi dai maestri tedeschi. Die Suche nach Interpolationen begonnen im Humanismus wird in Deutschland im späten 19. Jh. wieder aufgenommen. Unter denen die eine historisch-kritische Methode für das Studium der römischen Quellen erarbeiten ist auch Gradenwitz zu nennen der – mit anderen deutschen Gelehrten – einer der Lehrer Riccobonos werden sollte. Die frühen Arbeiten Riccobonos der sich in der neuen Deutschland beherrschenden historisch-kritischen Richtung wiederfand bediente sich der bei den deutschen Lehrern erworbenen Methoden. In dieser Linie beginnt freilich die Erarbeitung einer differenzierteren Methode die zwischen formalen und sachlichen Interpolationen unterscheidet und Schritt für Schritt weitere Instrumente nutzbar macht. Mit dem Ausbruch des Ersten Weltkriegs ist eine Wendung zu noch größerer Selbständigkeit gegenüber den methodischen Modellen aus Deutschland zu beobachten in der mit der Zeit auch nationalistisch geprägte Momente Gewicht erlangt zu haben scheinen. Eine Untersuchung der späteren Arbeiten Riccobonos zeigt wie die neue Methode sich perfekt zu seinen politischen Aktivitäten fügt. In dieser Linie vertritt Riccobono eine ununterbrochene Entwicklung des römischen Rechts von der Republik bis zu den modernen Gesetzbüchern. Als der Faschismus sich die nationalistischen Anliegen zu eigen macht und Riccobono sich ohne Zögern an Aktivitäten des Regimes beteiligt stehen seine methodologischen Positionen bereits in Verbindung mit der Herausstellung eines kaiserlichen Rom das – über italienische Glossatoren und Kommentatoren – der Moderne ein substantiell nicht von außerrömischen Elementen getrübtes juristisches Erbe hinterlassen hat.Settore IUS/18 - Diritto Romano E Diritti Dell'Antichita'

However the thermoeconomic methodologies as such are particularly appropriate to analyse large industrial systems at steady or quasisteady operation but they can be hardly applied to small to medium scale units operating in unsteady conditions to cover a variable energy demand. In this paper the fundamentals of thermoeconomics for systems operated at variable load are discussed examining the cost formation process and separately the cost fractions related to capital depreciation (which require additional distinctions with respect to plants in steady operation) and to exergy consumption. The relevant effects of the efficiency penalty due to off design operation on the exergetic cost of internal flows are also examined. An original algorithm is proposed for the integrated optimization of plant design and operation based on an analytical solution by the Lagrange multipliers method and on a multi-objective decision function expressed either in terms of net cash flow or primary energy saving. The method is suitable for application in complex energy systems such as ‘‘facilities of components of a same product’’ connected to external networks for power or heat distribution. Gabriella De Marco propone un saggio sulla centralità dell'istituzione biblioteca nella società contemporanea. Il contributo, che prosegue alcuni precedenti progetti di ricerca avviati dall'autrice sin dai primi anni duemila, è centrato sullo spazio abitabile e sul potenziale identitario di un edificio. Punto di partenza del suo ragionamento è il presupposto che lo spazio misurabile è anche spazio mentale. Ciò attiva una serie di considerazioni legate al rapporto tra il tempo della storia e il tempo del fruitore. Un edificio, pertanto, e nello specifico una biblioteca sia pubblica o privata sia nazionale o di quartiere, si percepisce ed esiste anche nel tempo soggettivo di chi la fruisce.

The contribution which takes up some of the author's previous research projects since the early 2000s focuses on living space and the identity potential of a building. The starting point of his reasoning is the assumption that measurable space is also mental space. Mixed-morphology SNRs are characterized by a shell-like radio emission, a centrally peaked X-ray morphology, and by interaction with molecular clouds. Many models have been proposed to explain these peculiar remnants, but their physical origin is still unclear. The recent discovery of over-ionized (i. e. recombining) ejecta in 3 mixed-morphology SNRs has dramatically challenged all the previous models and opened up new, unexpected scenarios.
