Saudzējoša pēcoperācijas staru terapija agrīno stadiju krūts vēža slimnieču ārstēšanā

Anotācija Agrīno stadiju krūts vēža pacientēm pēc krūti saudzējošās ārstēšanas ir prognozējama liela dzīvildze, kuras laikā var manifistēties staru terapijas komplikācijas. Darba mērķis bija noteikt saudzējošās ar elpošanu sinhronizētās pēcoperācijas staru terapijas ietekmi uz vēlīno plaušu un sirds jonizējošā starojuma izraisīto komplikāciju attīstību. Standarta un saudzējošās staru terapijas metodes tika salīdzinātas pēc terapeitiskās efektivitātes, jonizējošā starojuma dozas sadalījuma riska orgānos, komplikāciju attīstības riskiem un jonizējošā starojuma dozas piegādes precizitātes. KUŅĢA VĒŽA ĶIRURĢISKĀS ĀRSTĒŠANAS REZULTĀTU UN KVALITĀTES RĀDĪTĀJU ANALĪZE

ANOTĀCIJA. Pētījumā tika analizēti kuņģa vēža pacientu dzīvildzi ietekmējoši riska faktori: komplikācijas, paaugstināts ķermeņa masas indekss, splenektomijas, asins pārliešanas un operācijas laikā izdalīto limfmezglu skaita atvasināts parametrs – N attiecība (metastātisko un izmeklēto limfmezglu attiecība), SIA Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas stacionāra Latvijas Onkoloģijas centrā radikāli operētiem kuņģa vēža pacientiem. Rezultāti: Nav nozīmīgas dzīvildzes atšķirības starp pN1 un pN2 pacientu grupām pēc TNM klasifikācijas. Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TIC) han contribuido al desarrollo de plataformas e.learning de apoyo a los procesos de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Actualmente, la mayoría de universidades cuentan con algún tipo de sistema de gestión del aprendizaje (en inglés, LMS). El óptimo uso de estas plataformas requiere que integren las aplicaciones preexistentes de forma transparente. Esto se consigue con el uso de una arquitectura robusta. En este artículo expondremos la implementación y arquitectura del LMS integrado de la Universitat de València y la evolución de su hardware para adecuarse de manera óptima a las necesidades de la universidad.

Bakalaura darba autore Elza Lukomska izstrādāja darbu, kura temats ir “Pacienta aprūpe pēc kataraktas operācijas ķirurģijas nodaļā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacienta aprūpi pēc kataraktas operācijas ķirurģijas nodaļā. Pētījumā izmantota kvalitatīva pētījuma metode – intervija. Pētījumā brīvprātīgi piedalījās 10 respondenti: oftalmoloģijas mikroķirurģijas nodaļas praktizējošas māsas. Respondenti uzskata, ka viņiem ir pietiekami daudz zināšanu, lai veiksmīgi piedalītos pacientu aprūpes procesā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 48 lappuses, 7 attēli, 2 pielikumi. The literature on the subject has had a greater intensification on its registers during the Dictatorial Regime (1964 to 1985). In the contemporary context of high competitiveness between organizations, organizational learning culture and knowledge management (KM) have been considered key concepts in both academic and managerial settings. This study aims to provide empirical support for the relationship between organizational learning culture and knowledge management, specifically concerning the prediction of learning culture on KM processes. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires in 50 Portuguese manufacturing firms. Data was analyzed at the organizational level using standard multiple regressions. [EN] Purpose: This paper studied the measurement invariance (MI) across web-based and paper-based surveys to evidence if both techniques of data collection can be regarded as equivalent. Design/methodology: We develop a multigroup confirmatory factor analysis (MGCFA) with Maximum Likelihood Estimation to asses measurement invariance of the Job Diagnostic Survey (JDS) adapted to teaching, with data collected from paper and web surveys.
