Currently, over a third of children not in school live in countries considered being as fragile. These countries, which are mainly located in sub-Saharan Africa, will not reach the objectives of Education For All for 2015. This thesis covers approaches across comparative education, political science and sociology of organizations. It explores empirically the condi¬tions of achievement of EFA within the contexts of fragility. Mutispectral imaging systems are widely used in remote sensing for Precision Viticulture. In this work, this technique was applied in the proximal sensing context to characterize vine foliage. A mobile terrestrial experimental system is presented, composed of a GPS receiver, a multi-spectral camera acquiring visible and near infrared images, and a Greenseeker RT-100 which measures the Normalized Difference Vegetative Index (NDVI). This optical system observes vine foliage in the trellis plan, in natural sunlight. The experimental field is planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier cultivars in a latin squared pattern. The purpose of this contribution is to re-examine the iconography of an Etruscan hydria by the Micali Painter, probably the most famous craftsman of the black-figure ceramics technique at the end of the 6th century B.C. In our opinion, this vase would present the Etruscan version of a Greek myth showing the ancient Tuscans as pirates attempting to kidnap Dionysus. This figuration, which also appears in Greek sources, could be interpreted as the rivalry between the two cultures for the control of the wine trade in the western part of the Mediterranean. Benth. is widely used in herbal medicine, and it is sold in herbalist shops for its sedative and antispasmodic properties. Este trabajo es la traducción del texto del manuscrito del relato de la doncella Tudur (Teodor), uno de los cuentos de las Mil y una noches del que existen varias versiones. El texto de la presente versión fue copiado por el arabista Pascual de Gayangos (1809-1897) a partir de un manuscrito de Tetuán. Además de la traducción, se ha elaborado un estudio de los rasgos de Árabe Medio encontrados a lo largo del texto y se han incluido además las notas necesarias para una mejor comprensión de las numerosas referencias a la religión musulmana que aparecen en el texto.
La Ley del contrato y los árbitros de equidad en el arbitraje comercial internacional

N: El presente trabajo analiza las tendencias doctrinarias y jurisprudenciales en torno al trabajo que realizan los árbitros de equidad en el arbitraje comercial internacional. En específico, esta ponencia se refiere a la posición de estos árbitros frente al contrato que da origen al conflicto entre las partes. Luego del análisis casuístico se concluye que en general los árbitros de equidad respetan el contrato como límite a su labor de adjudicación.
Grain Composition and Functional Ingredients of Barley Varieties Created in Latvia

Abstract Cereals, including barley, have been recognised as functional foods that provide beneficial effect on the health of the consumer and decrease the risk of various diseases. The aim of investigation was to determine the grain composition of barley varieties and perspective breeding lines bred in Latvia and to evaluate its functional ingredients. The results of analysis showed that protein content among varieties ranged from 106.6-146.8 g·kg-1, total dietary fibre 187.4-208.2 g·kg-1, β-glucans 42.8 g-49.4 g·kg-1, and amount of α-tocopherol 6.03-8.93 mg·kg-1.
