This paper analyses the impact on regional and local authorities of Articles 117 and 119 of the Italian Constitution as amended by Constitutional Law no. 1/2012. In particular, it attempts to verify whether the new formulation of these constitutional provisions materializes the risk of a significant reduction in the financial autonomy of both Regions and Local Governments. The work-family life conflict affects various aspects of dual-career families. Parenthood and the work-family life balance lead to an overload of responsibility and disparity at the expense of women, on a private as well as on a social level. In our research, we examined WIF (work to family) and FIW (family to work) conflicts in a sample of 483 dual-career couples. The main results underline an increase in familiar duties concerning child birth and childcare, as associated with the traditional work-family life balance strategy. The data seems to reflect differences in traditional roles between public-male- breadwinner and private-female-homemaker.

La Renal Salt Wasting Syndrome (RSW) è una sindrome clinica con caratteristiche di laboratorio che si sovrappongono completamente alla sindrome da secrezione inappropriata di ADH (SIADH). The results of scientific research confirm that the condition of insularity is an issue that still needs broad sharing and specific policies. The issues to be addressed are widespread in all territorial contexts, large or small. Insularity is a permanent structural constraint. Even though convergence policies have contributed to the convergence process between countries and regions, EU policies for the islands must be envisaged to define joint action to achieve a more balanced territorial equity.
