Maģistra darbā autore veic pētījumu, kas aptver būtisku OCTA regulējuma problēmjautājumu, kurš konstatēts Latvijas tiesu praksē. Pētījumā ir apskatīts OCTA likuma 35.panta viens no apdrošināšanas gadījumiem, kurā ir noteikts, ka apdrošināšanas atlīdzības izmaksa tiek atteikta gadījumos, kuros zaudējumi transportlīdzeklim ir nodarīti sacensību vai treniņbrauciena laikā. Darbā tiek analizēta transportlīdzekļa lietošanas jēdziena izpratne OCTA likuma regulējuma 35.panta 5.punkta kontekstā ar OCTA Pirmajā Direktīvā ietverto mērķi. Introduction: The discovery and the clinical availability of novel cyclin-dependent kinases 4 and 6 inhibitors have profoundly changed the therapeutic scenario of metastatic hormone receptor-positive breast carcinoma. Among these inhibitors, abemaciclib can induce potent and sustained cell cycle arrest and immune system stimulation. This study investigated pre- and post-operative evaluation of peripheral nerve injuries and functional outcomes of peripheral nerve regeneration after different type of injuries and different type of treatments. Neuromas/scar neuritis and brachial plexus injuries are specifically addressed; literature and experimental evidence on the outcomes of vascularized nerve grafts are presented.

Abstract: Seasonal variations in UV-B radiation may influence vitamin D status, and this, in turn, may influence the risk of bronchiolitis hospitalization. The aim of this study was using a causal inference approach to investigate, simultaneously, the interrelationships between personal and environmental risk factors at birth/hospital admission (RFBH), serum vitamin D levels and bronchiolitis hospitalization. This paper presents a detailed analysis of the use of a novel Harmonic Mitigation algorithm for Cascaded H-Bridge Multilevel Inverter in electrical drives for the transportation field. For this purpose, an enhanced mathematical model of Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (IPMSM), that takes into account simultaneously saturation, cross-coupling, spatial harmonics, and iron loss effects, has been used. Simple hydraulic structures, such as weirs, allow measuring flow discharge by using the upstream flow depth and a stage–discharge relationship.
