Maģistra darba “Skolotāju autonomija Latvijā un Igaunijā” mērķis ir salīdzināt skolotāju autonomijas līmeni Latvijā un Igaunijā, izdalot 4 jomas – mācību process, atbalsts skolotājiem, fiziskās vides un materiālās bāzes nodrošinājums, papildu pienākumi. Maģistra darbā tika izpētīti un analizēti skolotāju autonomijas veicinoši faktori, to ietekme uz darba un izglītības līmeņa kvalitāti. Pētījuma jautājuma izpēte ļauj padziļināti ieskatīties autonomijas nozīmē izglītības sistēmās Latvijā un Igaunijā, kā rezultātā tiek secināts, ka skolotāju autonomija pastāv abās valstīs, taču Igaunijā tā ir augstākā līmenī. AbstractThe lifting of COVID-19 restrictions has led to the opening of many tourism destinations, with many destination marketing organizations (DMOs) adopting different strategies to attract tourists. This study explores the post-COVID-19 branding strategies of four award-winning African destinations (South Africa, Kenya, Morocco, and Mauritius) and how they utilize social media to communicate their destination brand identities.
