The contribution aims to deepen the lines of development of the national discipline that, in the wake of the Insolvency Directive, stabilizes the emergency discipline of negotiated settlement as an instrument and extrajudicial path that fits into the order of competences of the system of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture. In particular, the reflection aims to investigate the role and usefulness of the 'administrative management' system of the predictive elements of the crisis and insolvency between administrative procedure and consequences in terms of outcomes and possible legal phases.

Background. Well-planned mass-media campaigns can increase health literacy and raise awareness about the consequences of tobacco use. This study aims to evaluate the emotions and opinions of adolescents about several anti-tobacco spots delivered by the mass media over the world. Study design. Cross-sectional study. Methods. The study was conducted in Italy in 2016–2017 among students aged 13–17 years. Students expressed their emotions and opinions about seven anti-tobacco spots from all over the world on different topics and styles. Results. 499 students attended. Lluís Ferran de Pol and Concentrationary Literature: From Campo de concentración to Un de tants

This article analyses the different rewritings that Catalan writer Lluis Ferran de Pol (Arenys de Mar, 1911-1995) published of his most important concentrationary memories. Ferran de Pol was interned in French concentration camps during the first months of 1939. As a result of his confinement, he wrote Campo de concentracion, a book written in Spanish and published in the Mexican newspaper El Nacional during his exile in Mexico. Back in Catalonia in the early 1960s, he rewrote these prose pieces into Catalan and published them under the title De lluny i de prop (1973). In 2009 this work saw another edition in Catalan under the title Un de tants, edited by Josep-Vicent Garcia.

Lantana (Lantana camara L.) is an evergreen shrub in the Verbenaceae. In some countries, this plant has been declared a noxious weed. However, a number of sterile or near-sterile forms are cultivated as attractive flowered potted and garden plants. In early spring 2004, ≈4,000 potted, small trees of lantana grown in a screenhouse in a commercial nursery of ornamentals near Giarre, Sicily, showed symptoms of chlorosis, defoliation, and sudden collapse of the entire plant. These aboveground symptoms were associated with a reduced root system, rot of feeder roots, and brown discoloration of the base of the stem. s-wave charmed baryon resonances from a coupled-channel approach with heavy quark symmetry

We study charmed baryon resonances which are generated dynamically within a unitary meson-baryon coupled channel model that treats the heavy pseudoscalar and vector mesons on equal footing as required by heavy-quark symmetry. It is an extension of recent SU(4) models with t-channel vector meson exchanges to a SU(8) spin-flavor scheme, but differs considerably from the SU(4) approach in how the strong breaking of the flavor symmetry is implemented.
