Resumen Objetivo El objetivo fundamental del estudio es conocer la organizacion de la asistencia al traumatismo craneoencefalico grave asi como el manejo inicial de estos pacientes en los servicios de neurocirugia de Espana. Material y metodo Se diseno un cuestionario de 22 preguntas que fue enviado a los 59 servicios de neurocirugia identificados. Abstract A haemorrhagic cerebrovascular accident refers to a spontaneous bleeding in the cerebral parenchyma, located either supratentorial or infratentorial, that occurs in the absence of a surgical or traumatic cause. Abstract Nursing theories have been developed to provide guidance in clinical practice, so their knowledge by nurses is mandatory in order to provide advanced nursing care. This paper presents the relationships between the concepts and major assumptions of Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory and then their comparative analysis. Both, Henderson’s model and Orem’s theory of self-care deficit have a major impact, internationally, in education and research, but also in nursing practice, as a result of which their knowledge can open a new perspective on care, especially in countries where they are not well enough known.

Raportissa esitellään varhaiskasvatuksen lähiesihenkilöille syksyllä 2020 toteutetun kyselyn tuloksia varhaiskasvatuspalveluiden tuottamisesta koronaviruspandemian aikana. Normaalioloissa kansallinen lainsäädäntö määrittelee varhaiskasvatustoiminnan reunaehdot. Keväällä 2020 koronaviruspandemian vuoksi voimaan astuneen poikkeustilan aikana kunnat kuitenkin vapautettiin varhaiskasvatuslain mukaisesta varhaiskasvatuksen järjestämisvastuusta, mikäli lapsen vanhempien tai huoltajien oli mahdollista järjestää lapsen hoito muulla tavalla.
