In the contemporary context of high competitiveness between organizations, organizational learning culture and knowledge management (KM) have been considered key concepts in both academic and managerial settings. This study aims to provide empirical support for the relationship between organizational learning culture and knowledge management, specifically concerning the prediction of learning culture on KM processes. Purpose – The aim of this paper is to study age-related differences in how perceptions of two forms of organizational justice, i.e. procedural and interactional justice, are related to short (i.e. non-certified) spells and long (i.e. medically certified) spells of sickness absence. This study investigates leaders' motivation to lead (MTL) as a personal resource for building a sustainable career as a leader. Using a person-centered methodology, we identified different latent profiles of leadership motivation. These motivational profiles were compared with leaders' occupational well-being and leadership-related career intentions, and with follower-rated leader behaviors and LMX relationship quality. The survey data consisted of 1003 Finnish leaders from various sectors of working life. Employability and job insecurity: The role of personal resources on work-related stress

This study is aimed to assess the effect of both employability and personal resources, in terms of pro-activity and self-efficacy, on the relationship between job insecurity and psycho-social distress. Using survey data from 211 participants, among employed, unemployed and workers in transition, we analyzed the incidence of employability, pro-activity and self-efficacy on psycho-social distress. Our results showed that the above-mentioned variables significantly differed by participants’ gender and age. The ammonite fauna of the old iron mine of Beauregard is reviewed. Only nine specimens from this locality are presently known. They are housed in the collections of the “Musée de Semur-en-Auxois”, of the “Muséum national d’Histoire naturelle” (Paris) and of the “Ecole Nationale Supérieuredes Mines” (Claude Bernard University, Lyon 1). The age, or possibly the ages, of these ammonites remain to precise in a coarsely defined time-span including the upper part of the early Hettangian and the middle Hettangian (pro parte?).
