Los Objetivos de Desarrollo del Milenio son unas medidas decisivas para combatir la pobreza mundial, promovidas por la ONU y compartidas a nivel internacional que precisan de una gran cuantía de recursos para cumplirse. El llamado Consenso de Monterrey sobre la financiación para el desarrollo y la Declaración de Doha sobre la financiación para el desarrollo reconocieron la utilidad de considerar fuentes innovadoras de financiación. En el presente artículo estudiaremos las propuestas más importantes de creación de nuevos impuestos como instrumentos para obtener recursos para financiar el desarrollo.

The «Elegia di madonna Fiammetta» has an evident impact of the story of Leandre and Hero, especially in the moments in which the lady suffers while waiting for her lover, who never comes. Fiammetta makes obvious this parallelism on several occasions, and manages to invent an end for the story loaded of pathos. Joan Roís de Corella realises about this relationship between both two works and makes the inverse path: he uses the tone and some narrative elements of the Elegia for writing his Leander and Hero. It is demonstrated that the so contreversial end of Corella’s story is not original of the Valencian, but it also depends on Boccaccio’s text

In this article a classical topic of the studies on historical syntax is analysed: the enclitical or proclitical collocation of atonic pronouns in Catalan. From a Romanic and comparative prespective, it is shown that the clitical pronouns in Old Catalan have a very similar behaviour to the atonic ones in other Romanic lenguages such as, for instance, medieval Spanish or Portuguese, on one hand, and French, on the other. Specifically, we analyse phenomena such as: (i) pronoun collocation in connection to the verb in main and subordinate propositions, in propositions where the verb is the main constituent, in negative propositions, (ii) duplication of clitics or (iii) clitic raising.

Our study focuses on how the discourse markers (DM) participate in the construction of discursive alterity. In our approach, the DM builds, for an assertion, a guarantor with its own semantics, which is the semantics of the lexical element constituting the basis of DM. Naturellement and bien entendu build referential value which ”disempowers” the speaker as a guarantor of his words. The novel is the factual narration of the author's childhood and adolescence, documented by family photos, but is also the narration of a fictional and fantastic situation of writing, where the reader is involved in live recording. Voksne innvandrere som tar norsk grunnskoleeksamen har teksterfaringer fra litteraere tradisjoner som kan vaere ukjente i var sammenheng. Basert pa naermere tyve enkeltintervjuer undersoker denne studien bade tidligere og navaerende litteraere tekstpraksiser hos informanter fra Syria, Eritrea og Somalia. Ett av studiens funn er at enkelte informanter med svaert lite skolegang likevel har aktive litteraere tekstpraksiser. Imidlertid vil de fleste litteraere tekstpraksisene sannsynligvis ikke bli gjenkjent i skolesammenheng, ettersom de opptrer utenfor skolens domene og bare unntaksvis er knyttet til trykte, papirbaserte tekster, som boker.
