Pētījuma mērķis ir identificēt galvenos cilvēkresursu vadības elementus, kas ietekmē viesu sūdzību apmierināšanu, un izstrādāt ieteikumus, lai labāk atrisinātu sūdzības, kas pozitīvi ietekmē viesnīcas konkurētspēju. Pirmkārt, tas sniedz teorētisku pētījumu par cilvēkresursu vadības sistēmu, parāda attiecības starp HRM un viesu sūdzībām un to, kā sūdzības var rasties uzturēšanās laikā viesnīcā. The purpose of this study was to analyse the combined contribution of emotional awareness, moods and personality to somatic complaints in children and adults. The goals of this study were to ascertain whether a specific leadership behavior (developing subordinates) is related to employees' health complaints and determine some of the underlying mechanisms involved. The hypothesized relationships were investigated in a sample composed of 538 employees working in 170 work-units of a public regional health service. This study reports time trends of loneliness among adolescents over a 12-year period and analyses the strength of the associations between loneliness, health complaints, and medicine use.
