The paper deals with the impact of the first ruling of the Constitutional Court on glorification of terrorism (112/2016) in the interpretation of this offence by the Supreme Court, which demands hermeneutically requirements absent from the literality of art. 578 of the Criminal Code and that the Constitutional Court required in its previous case law on hate speech, recently reiterated in the ruling 35/2020 of the Constitutional Court. Proposal for a computer-assisted analysis of lawful interceptions of communication

This paper presents the potential for the analysis of texts when applied to interceptions carried out with the help of next-generation software. In order to do this, after a brief explanation of some of the main procedures, the article presents the results of an investigation into text data extracted from wiretapping and in-person conversations found in judicial documents. The amount of data, obtained through wiretapping and the use of bugs, has made it possible to gather important information about the dynamics that characterise how criminal organisations work. The FeverApp Registry is a model registry focusing on pediatric fever using a mobile app to collect data and present recommendations. The recorded interactions can clarify the relationship between user documentation and user information. This initial evaluation regarding features of participants and usage intensity of educational video, information library, and documentation of fever events covers the runtime of FeverApp for the first 14 months.
