W artykule przedstawiono problemy edukacji jutra w Polsce i na Ukrainie. Zdefiniowano problemy ukraińskiego systemu edukacyjnego,utrudniające rozwój jednostki i społeczeństwa. Przeanalizowano przyczyny niestosowania właściwego podejścia do edukacji w programach nauczania i podręcznikach. Zaproponowano zmianę podstawowych aspektów polskiej i ukraińskiej edukacji, aby mogły sprostać wymaganiom współczesnego świata. Każdy człowiek, na każdym etapie swojego rozwoju, potrzebuje obecności bądź pomocy innych osób, dzięki którym mógłby poczuć się lepiej i bezpieczniej, zwłaszcza w sytuacjach bezradności czy frustracji. W zasadzie tak można sobie wyobrazić istotę uzyskiwania wsparcia. Nie oznacza to jednak wcale, że każdy takie wsparcie uzyskuje, ani nawet nie oznacza, że w sytuacjach krytycznych zawsze po nie sięga. Po prostu nie zawsze jednostka jest otoczona życzliwymi osobami, umiejącymi jej pomóc, nie zawsze też jednostka może mieć przeświadczenie, że takiego wsparcia potrzebuje. This study examined how social media (Twitter and LinkedIn) relates to the operating revenue by investigating the effect of the use of social media by the board of directors. To tackle this question, we analyzed the mediating and moderating relationship of social media on the effect of board size in operating revenue (turnover). We studied the implications of the use of social media by the board members by using structural equation modeling (SEM). The data consisted of a random sample of 100 companies listed on the NASDAQ.
