Darbinieku apzinātības prakses saistība ar darba un uztvertā stresa līmeni

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot pašnovērtētā uztvertā stresa un darba stresa saistību ar apzinātības prakšu izmantošanu darbinieku vidū. Pētījumā kopā piedalījās 137 dalībnieki (111 sievietes, un 26 vīrieši) vecumā no 21 līdz 72 gadiem (M=37,91; SD=13,64). Lai novērtētu darba stresu, tika izmantota Darba stresoru skala (JSS -Job stressor scales, Spector & Jex, 1997), kas tika adaptēta latviešu valodā Evijas Gailes bakalaura darba “Apmierinātība ar darbu saistībā ar stresu darba vietā” ietvaros, 2013. gadā. The purpose of this study is to investigate personal, health, work, and work-related psychological factors in association with employee intentions of early retirement and continuing to work after retirement in the form of bridge employment. In addition, the study aims to further our understanding of what motivates older employees by investigating age-related differences in employee reward preferences. Burnout, work engagement and workaholism among highly educated employees: Profiles, antecedents and outcomes

The present study examined the longitudinal profiles of burnout, engagement and workaholism among highly educated employees. First, the latent profile modeling indicated two latent classes: Engaged and Exhausted-Workaholic. Second, the results revealed that employees with the Engaged profile experienced high levels of energy and dedication, whereas employees with the Exhausted-Workaholic profile experienced exhaustion, cynicism and workaholism. Social pessimism in the transition from high education to work predicted poor subjective well-being at work. This study explored drivers of participation in job-related lifelong learning (LLL) among low-educated mature-aged employees and compared them across four Nordic countries. Workplaces can be low-threshold, effective arenas for development of their skills in work and learning. The paper builds on the Bounded Agency Model and theories of learning motivation, human capital, and workplace learning. Effects of responsible human resource management practices on female employees’ turnover intentions

This study focuses on the effects of socially responsible human resource management (SR-HRM) practices on female employees’ turnover intentions and the moderating effect of supervisor gender on this relationship. With a sample of 212 female employees from eight different industries in Finland, the results indicate that SR-HRM practices promoting equal career opportunities and work–family integration play a significant role in reducing women's turnover intentions. The study adds to the academic discourse of corporate social responsibility by highlighting the impact of the organizational-level HRM determinants on the individual-level outcome.
