Ponnisteluiden ja palkkioiden epäsuhta ja ylisitoutuneisuus työpaikan vaihtojen ennustajina kahdeksan vuoden pitkittäistutkimuksessa

Tutkimuksessamme testattiin Siegristin (1996) ponnisteluiden ja palkkioiden epäsuhdan mallin kuvaajien (ponnisteluiden ja palkkioiden epäsuhta, ylisitoutuneisuus) yhteyttä työpaikan vaihtoihin. Kahdeksan vuoden pitkittäistutkimuksen aineisto kerättiin suomalaisten ammattihenkilöiden joukosta tutkimusvuosina 2006 (n = 747), 2008 (n = 422), 2010 (n = 368), 2012 (n = 325) ja 2014 (n = 273). Tutkimuksen alkaessa (2006) osallistujat työskentelivät esimiesasemassa pääosin tekniikan alalla ja heistä suurin osa oli miehiä (85 %). Rearing background and exposure environment together explain higher survival of aquaculture fish during a bacterial outbreak

1.Parasitic diseases represent one of the greatest challenges for aquaculture worldwide and there is an increasing emphasis on ecological solutions to prevent infections. One proposed solution is enriched rearing, where traditional stimulus‐poor rearing tanks are equipped with different types of structures to increase habitat complexity. Purpose: To describe the distribution of intraocular pressure (IOP) and central corneal thickness (CCT) in an old French population. Methods: About 9000 individuals 65 years and older were included in the 3C cohort study since 1999 in 3 French cities (Bordeaux, Dijon and Montpellier). α-Conotoxins EpI and AuIB switch subtype selectivity and activity in native versus recombinant nicotinic acetylcholine receptors

The Xenopus laevis oocyte expression system was used to determine the activities of alpha-conotoxins EpI and the ribbon isomer of AuIB, on defined nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs). In contrast to previous findings on intracardiac ganglion neurones, alpha-EpI showed no significant activity on oocyte-expressed alpha3beta4 and alpha3beta2 nAChRs but blocked the alpha7 nAChR with an IC50 value of 30 nM. A similar IC50 value (103 nM) was obtained on the alpha7/5HT3 chimeric receptor stably expressed in mammalian cells. The essential oils of the flowers of Magydaris tomentosa (Desf.) DC. (Apiaceae) collected in Sicily (MSi) and Algeria (MAl), respectively, were obtained by hydrodistillation, and their compositions were analysed. The analyses allowed the identification and quantification of 23 components in MSi and 60 compounds in MAl, respectively, showing a very different profile in the composition of the two populations.
