Elles restent et sont à l’actif du Président de la République, V. Giscard d'Estaing et de son septennat, mais elles ont été adoptées grâce à l’apport des voix des parlementaires de gauche. Ces principales réformes ont donc concerné des questions de société et soulignent un volontarisme politique. Si les gauches parlementaires participent à cette modernisation, il ne faut pas oublier qu’elles accompagnent un mouvement social antérieur en relayant des aspirations diffuses dans la société, et notamment dans ses fractions urbaines...
High-order Kerr nonlinearity of air calibrated with transient molecular alignment

Faucher; International audience; Nonlinear electronic Kerr index of the major air constituents has been measured up to high order terms using transient molecular alignment as a reference. Sign reversal associated to negative nonlinearity is observed above a pulse intensity of 26 TW/cm^2.

Background: The urban exposome is the set of environmental factors that are experienced in the outdoor urban environment and that may influence child development. Objective: The authors’ goal was to describe the urban exposome among European pregnant women and understand its socioeconomic determinants. Methods: Using geographic information systems, remote sensing and spatio-temporal modeling we estimated exposure during pregnancy to 28 environmental indicators in almost 30,000 women from six population-based birth cohorts, in nine urban areas from across Europe. To characterize the behavior of magnetofluorescent products injected in mice intravenously.The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) products were labelled with fluorescent molecules to examine the biodistribution process in vivo and observe them at the cellular level by means of confocal microscopy. Three-dimensional (3D) sequences of images were obtained by spectral analysis of sample preparations in a multiphoton confocal microscope and analyzed by the factor analysis of medical image sequence algorithm, which provides factor curves.
