Testamenta mērķis ir nodrošināt, ka cilvēka vēlmes tiks izpildītas no brīža, kad viņš pats aizies mūžībā. Šāds mērķis ir kā privātam, tā publiskam testamentam, tomēr ne vienmēr testators, uzrakstot privātu testamentu, sasniegs to pašu rezultātu, ja savu gribu būtu ietērpis publiski. Pułkownik Zbigniew Jacorzyński to postać wybitnie zasłużona dla polskiego pożarnictwa. Urodził się 8 sierpnia 1921 roku w Cieszynie. Był synem oficera Wojska Polskiego. W młodości udzielał się w polskim harcerstwie. W 1937 roku stanął do poboru i dostał przydział do broni pancernej, głównie z powodu fascynacji motoryzacją. W 1939 roku ukończył liceum o profilu matematyczno-fizycznym, po czym odbył obowiązkową sześciotygodniową służbę w Junackich Hufcach Pracy w Równym, na granicy Polesia i Wołynia. Il contributo presenta gli indicatori usati per valutare gli esiti di un progetto formativo rivolto a 450 insegnanti, frequentanti il corso di specializzazione abilitante all'insegnamento di sostegno nella scuola primaria e dell’infanzia, che si è svolto da settembre 2017 a giugno 2018 presso l’Università di Palermo. L’obiettivo della ricerca è stato quello di analizzare negli insegnanti in formazione la crescita di abilità di pensiero critico, esercitate durante le attività di tirocinio. La verifica della capacità critica è stata condotta con uno strumento di osservazione costruito ad hoc.

The article deals with the problem of retirement awareness of adult citizens. Its purpose was to determine the level of this awareness and knowledge about the pension system, as well as to learn the motives of decisions related to the optional part of the pension system. In addition, the aim was to identify what voluntary forms of raising capital for the retirement are most often chosen, and which factors in particular make people to take action to secure their retirement future. This paper focuses on a Nazi propaganda's film, Der ewige Jude, directed by F. Hippler. The movie is a classic of anti-Semitism but the idea of eternal Jew and his opposition to the Aryan people least breaks out of a discrepancy. For Nazi ideology Jew is not being a people, not being a form. Truly, it is an anti-people, all but an not being, it is shapeless. But the cinema produces images, insofar as this is a shape; so, what Nazism recognizes to His own people, and denies it to Jew, the form as such, the movie attributes it to him.

La riforma universitaria entrata in vigore nell’a.a. 2001/02 ha portato sostanziali cambiamenti nel sistema accademico. Tra questi, l’introduzione dei crediti formativi ha avuto l’obiettivo di riformulare il criterio di valutazione della performance dello studente con l’auspicio, anche, della riduzione dei tempi impiegati per conseguire il titolo. Dopo circa sei anni ci si comincia ad interrogare sull’impatto che tale riforma ha avuto e a valutarne l’efficacia.
