Cuerpos de energía: Formas alternativas de ser-en-el-mundo

Based on an ethnographic approach, this paper explores how members of a new age spiritual movement known as ?Llave Mariana? (LLM) build and experience their bodies. At the same time, it develops a thick description of their ritual practices and later it analyzes, delving fundamentally into the phenomenological perspective, how these members shape and transform their forms of self-perception, experience, and representation of others and the environment. Finally, it considers the implications these spiritual practices have in the search and consolidation of alternative ways of being-in-the-world

En este trabajo se abordan ideas pseudocientíficas en torno a la influencia de la Luna en nuestro planeta. Para ello se analiza si los libros de Física de Bachillerato y de Educación Superior tratan la influencia de la gravedad de la Luna en la Tierra y cómo lo hacen. Para el análisis se utiliza una muestra de 17 libros de textos de Física de Bachillerato y 17 utilizados en cursos de ciencia e ingeniería (13 de Física, 2 de Óptica y 2 de Astronomía) de distintos años de publicación. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt Latvijas un Amerikas Savienoto Valstu tiesību sistēmas kopīgās un atšķirīgās iezīmes attiecībā uz tiesas sprieduma formu un pieņemšanu pirmās instances tiesās, tiesas sprieduma nozīmi un būtību gan vēsturiskā, gan mūsdienu skatījumā. Darbā aplūkoti jautājumi par tiesas sprieduma sastādīšanas būtību un tā formu analizējot dažādu tiesību sistēmu kopīgās un atšķirīgās iezīmes. Kā galvenais secinājums ir objektīva tiesas sprieduma veidošana dažādās tiesību sistēmās.

Electromagnetic form factors are fundamental quantities describing the internal structure of hadrons. They can be measured with scattering processes in the space-like region and annihilation processes in the time-like region. The two regions are connected by crossing symmetry. The measurements of the proton electromagnetic form factors in the time-like region using the initial state radiation technique are reviewed. We obtain an asymptotic Hölder estimate for expectations of a quite general class of discrete stochastic processes. Such expectations can also be described as solutions to a dynamic programming principle or as solutions to discretized PDEs. The result, which is also generalized to functions satisfying Pucci-type inequalities for discrete extremal operators, is a counterpart to the Krylov-Safonov regularity result in PDEs. However, the discrete step size $\varepsilon$ has some crucial effects compared to the PDE setting. The proof combines analytic and probabilistic arguments.
