In this study, we explored the time and space relationship according to two different spatial codings, namely, the left/right extension and the reachability of stimulus along a near/far dimension. Four experiments were carried out in which healthy participants performed the time and spatial bisection tasks in near/far space, before and after short or long tool-use training. Stimuli were prebisected horizontal lines of different temporal durations in which the midpoint was manipulated according to the Muller-Lyer illusion. Le modifiche apportate al delitto di traffico d’influenze illecite ad opera della legge n. 3/2019 hanno accentuato il deficit di determinatezza che già caratterizzava la fattispecie sin dalla sua introduzione, delineando un modello di incriminazione incapace di selezionare le condotte di intermediazione penalmente rilevanti distinguendole dalla attività di lobbying consentita. Il saggio analizza il tema del controllo penale delle di droghe leggere, con particolare riferimento al contesto geografico del bacino del Mediterraneo. Combinando i risultati della ricerca criminologica con quelli l'analisi dei sistemi normativi di Italia, Spagna, Portogallo, Grecia e Germania, lo studio prende in considerazione pregi e difetti dei modelli normativi "antiproibizionisti" sia alla stregua degli argomenti di principio che possono essere richiamati a sostegno o contro la prospettiva di legalizzazione della cannabis e delle altre droghe leggere, sia con riguardo agli effetti che l'adozione di tali modelli potrebbe generare sul versante del contrasto al crimine organizzato.

Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot saistības starp autiskā spektra traucējumu pazīmēm, dzīvesspēku, trauksmi, depresiju un bezdarba ilgumu bezdarbniekiem; noteikt atšķirības starp dzīvesspēku, trauksmi un depresiju bezdarbniekiem ar un bez autiskā spektra traucējumu pazīmēm; noskaidrot, vai dzīvesspēks, kontrolējot demogrāfiskos rādītājus, izskaidro bezdarba ilgumu. Pētījumā aptaujāti 211 bezdarbnieki (20-59), pielietojot Autisma spektra aptauju pieaugušajiem, Dzīvesspēka aptauju pieaugušajiem un Ahenbaha pieaugušo pašnovērtējuma aptauju.
