Molecules of the title compound, C7H7FN2O2, are composed of a nitramine group which is twisted with the respect to the aromatic ring, with an N—N—C—C torsion angle of −117.38 (12)°. In the molecule, the N—N bond length [1.3510 (15) Å] indicates some double-bond character, while the angle between the aromatic ring and the nitramine group rules out further delocalization in the molecule. In the crystal, C—H...F hydrogen bonds connect the molecules intoC11(6) chains along theaaxis. C—H...O hydrogen bonds form, which featureR22(12) loops and further connect these chains.

Oligonucleotide-capped nanoporous anodic alumina biosensor as diagnostic tool for rapid and accurate detection of Candida auris in clinical samples.

[EN] Candida auris has arisen as an important multidrug-resistant fungus because of several nosocomial outbreaks and elevated rates of mortality. Accurate and rapid diagnosis of C. auris is highly desired; nevertheless, current methods often present severe limitations and produce misidentification. Herein a sensitive, selective, and time-competitive biosensor based on oligonucleotide-gated nanomaterials for effective detection of C. auris is presented. En este trabajo se presenta la síntesis y la caracterización de dos nuevas familias de ligandos azamacrocíclicos [1+1] constituidos por la unidad de 1H–pirazol y por una poliamina de distinta naturaleza. A stable isotope study of the hydrological and carbon cycle in meromictic lake, Lovojärvi

Lake Lovojärvi, at its deepest point of 17.5 m, is permanently stratified forming two water layers. The mixolimnion (the upper layer, from 0 to 10 m depth) is affected by seasonal changes while the monimolimnion (bottom layer, from 10 to 17.5 m depth) does not mix and is not affected by seasonal changes. As a result, the lake stores large quantities of dissolved inorganic carbon and methane. I used a multiple stable isotope approach to gain insight into the carbon cycle and water balance of Lovojärvi.
