Ricerche in tema di società questuarie

2019

About the regulations of the societas quaestus - referable to the societas universorum quae ex quaestu veniunt and to the societas unius alicuius negotiationis and unius rei - the interpretative efforts of the Roman jurists were given profusely since the end of the republican age. The scientific monograph puts itself on the traces of identifying the notion of quaestus (gain) with particular reference to the inclusion within it of the so-called remuneration gifts. Furthermore it reconstructs the jurisprudential debate that aroses around the question of whether the socii - in the determination of the shares - had to respect a proportion with the contributions and in this sense with an attempt to explain the existing contrast between a passage from the Digest and one of the Iustiniani Institutiones. Moreover always with specific reference to the societas quaestus the monograph investigates the setting-up of the intempestiva renuntiatio supporting its origin out of the contrast between Proculiani and Sabiniani so far postulated in doctrine. Finally the book closes with a chapter dedicated to the genesis of the term egestas which appears in a fragment of Modestinus (D. 17.2.4.1) dedicated to the causes of dissolution of the societas consensu contractaSettore IUS/18 - Diritto Romano E Diritti Dell'Antichita'

INCLUSION THROUGH TRAINING AND METHODOLOGY OF ADAPTED PHYSICAL EDUCATION

2023

The theme of practicing sport for people with disabilities goes far beyond the simplification of a healthy lifestyle, but refers to complex aspects of a pedagogical, educational, social, and cultural nature that combine to outline the education and training system of future professionals in this field. This is demonstrated by the growing interest that the question has aroused in recent decades, with the issuing of supranational regulatory provisions that recall the right of all minors, without distinction, to an education capable of harmoniously involving every dimension that constitutes human being, including the education of the body; and this is highlighted by the numerous reviews of int…

L’Adapted Physical Education e l’inclusione

2022

Reducing Body Myopathy with Cytoplasmic Bodies and Rigid Spine Syndrome: A Mixed Congenital Myopathy

2001

At the age of five years a male child started to develop a progressive rigid spine, torsion scoliosis, and flexion contractures of his elbows, knees, hips, and ankles owing to severe proximal and distal muscle weakness. He had three muscle biopsies from three different muscles at ages 7, 11, and 14 years, respectively. Myopathologically, these muscle tissues contained numerous inclusions which, at the ultrastructural level, turned out to be reducing bodies and cytoplasmic bodies, often in close spatial proximity. Similar histological inclusions, although not further identified by histochemistry and electron microscopy, were seen in his maternal grandmother's biopsied muscle tissue who had d…

A mediational analysis of adverse experiences in childhood and quality of life in adulthood

2022

Objectives: This study examined associations of three prevalent adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) - parents' problematic alcohol use (PPAU), parental separation/divorce, and lack of support from a trusted adult-with adult quality of life (QoL), and potential mediators of associations. Methods: Data were from a representative survey (N = 28,047) in Norway that assessed ACEs, QoL, and potential mediators: enduring perceptions of childhood hardships (Difficult Childhood Questionnaire; DCQ), current mental distress, and current social isolation. Latent regression analyses examined potential mediators. Results: Each ACE was positively associated with perceptions of childhood as difficult (hig…

Cell Death and Oxidative Damage in Inflammatory Myopathies

1998

There is evidence that muscle fibers in denervating disorders and muscular dystrophies undergo apoptosis. In 21 patients with autoimmune inflammatory myopathies, we found no features of muscle fiber apoptosis such as DNA fragmentation or expression of apoptosis-related proteins. However, muscle fibers in myositis displayed distinct up-regulation of inducible and neuronal nitric oxide synthase (NOS). While inducible NOS was distinctly up-regulated on the sarcolemma of all kinds of muscle fibers neuronal NOS displayed increased expression in the sarcoplasm of damaged as well as atrophic muscle fibers. There were no disease-specific patterns in the different myositis subtypes. Enhanced express…

On the formation of inclusion complexes at the solid/liquid interface of anchored temperature-responsive PNIPAAM diblock copolymers with γ-cyclodextr…

2017

The thermal responsive behavior of adsorbed layers of diblock copolymers of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAM) and poly((3-acrylamidopropyl)trimethylammonium chloride) (PAMPTMA(+)) with γ-cyclodextrin (γ-CD) at the solid/liquid interface has been investigated using three in situ techniques: null ellipsometry, quartz–crystal microbalance with dissipation monitoring, and neutron reflectometry. The measurements provided information about the adsorbed amounts, the layer thickness, hydration and viscoelastic properties, and the interfacial structure and composition. The copolymers adsorb to silica with the cationic PAMPTMA(+) blocks sitting as anchors in a flat conformation and the PNIPAAM ch…

[2]Catenanes and inclusion complexes derived from self-assembled rectangular PdII and PtII metallocycles

2012

New inclusion complexes and [2]catenanes were self-assembled from a fluorescent diazapyrenium based ligand, a PdII or PtII complex, and cyclic or acyclic electron rich aromatic guests in aqueous and organic media. The molecular rectangles display a π-deficient cavity suitable to incorporate π-donor aromatic systems. The inclusion complexes between the metallocycles and phenylenic (2a,b) and naphthalenic (3a,b–5a,b) derivatives were studied by NMR, UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The crystal structure of (3b) ⊂ 1a·6PF(6) confirmed the insertion of the guest into the cavity of the metallocycle. Following the same self-assembly strategy, the use of polyethers 6,7 as π-donors resulted in …

Isothermal decompression history in the “Western Granulite” terrain, central Tanzania: Evidence from reaction textures and trapped fluids in metapeli…

2008

Abstract The Mozambique Belt (MB) of the East Africa Orogen contains large areas of granulite-facies migmatitic gneisses with Archaean and Palaeoproterozoic protolith ages and that were recycled during the Neoproterozoic Pan-African orogeny. The study area is situated along the Great Ruaha River and within the Mikumi National Park in central Tanzania where migmatitic gneisses and mafic to intermediate granulites are interlayered with Neoproterozoic granulite-facies migmatitic metapelites. Mineral textures suggest isothermal decompression, with the peak mineral assemblage comprising Grt–Bt–Ky–Kfs–Pl–Qtz ± Phn ± Ti-Oxide ± melt and amphibolite-facies retrograde assemblage Grt–Bt–Sil–Ms–Kfs–Pl…

Variation of H2O/CO2and CO2/SO2ratios of volcanic gases discharged by continuous degassing of Mount Etna volcano, Italy

2008

[1] We applied the Multi-GAS technique to measure compositions of the volcanic plumes continuously discharged from summit craters of Voragine, Northeast and Bocca Nuova at Mount Etna, in an attempt to estimate compositions of the source volcanic gases. The estimated CO2/SO2 and H2O/CO2 ratios of the volcanic gases show a large variation ranging from 0.6 to 30 and from 1 to 18, respectively. This variability overlaps with the compositional range of dissolved volatiles in melt inclusions and their coexisting bubbles in a magma chamber and can be caused by the low-pressure degassing of a magma with variable bubble content ranging from 0.3 to 15 wt.%. The variable bubble content in the magma is…
