The compliance modelling of the pathology aorta of the type of aneurism
2015
The Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm (AAA) is a pathology that is defined by a localized and permanent dilation of the artery and which involves over 8.8% of the seniors. Currently, when a patient has a dilatation of the aorta leading to a surgery because of the rupture risk, the therapeutic decision is made depending on the diameter of the aneurysm. To determine this diameter, it is usually conducted an examination by medical imaging (ultrasound, CT, MRI...). However, it notes that the diagnosis can’t be satisfied with a single dimensional measurement face to induced risks: first of all, when the diameter exceed a certain growth, the risk of rupture can reach 50% but more than 5% of surgical proce…
La fatigue mentale : marqueurs électrophysiologiques et stratégies de compensation
2021
Mental fatigue is a common phenomenon in modern society, causing an alteration in both cognitive and physical performances. It can lead to an increased risk of accidents, a drop in productivity, and certain disorders such as depression. The objective of this thesis work was to study this phenomenon of mental fatigue by investigating more specifically its electrophysiological markers, and to find compensatory strategies to limit and/or avoid its deleterious effects. The first study identified brain activity modulations during a prolonged modified Stroop task. An increase in theta and alpha waves, as well as a decrease in N100 and P300 amplitude reflecting a decrease in attention were observed…

Macroecological properties of ammonites : spatial distribution, phylogeny, and faunal similarity
2016
The present work, which lies between macroecology and macroevolution, focuses on the spatio-temporal dynamics of early Pliensbachian ammonites of the western Tethys. Two main questions are addressed: how does inter-assemblage compositional similarity decrease with geographical distance? What is the relationship between species range size and phylogeny, species duration and latitudinal position?Ammonite dispersal dynamics are studied through a multi-scale Similarity Distance Decay analysis. We show that their long-distance dispersal is facilitated when the environment is more homogeneous and that it is not related to their morphology. This suggests that their long-distance dispersal occurred…
Institutional dimension and finalities of corporate social performance in Tunisia
2012
The purpose of this research is to contribute to the study of Corporate Social Performance (CSP) concept, which provided theorizations remain highly controversial. Indeed, examination of the body of knowledge reveals theoretical, conceptual and empirical anomalies. These shortcomings relate on the operationalization of the CSP, the manner in which the concept has been linked to the notion of performance, and the lack of contextualization of PSE in relation to its institutional environment. It is therefore important to reorganize the concept within a framework that recognizes the dynamic and contingent character of CSP. Thus, this research aims to explore the concept of CSP and analyze its i…
Development of the private university in angola and professionalization of lecturers
2021
Our research comes within the scope of Social Sciences, and more particularly within Management Sciences, since our central question concerns the professionalization of lecturers, their career path, their training practices, and their skills. Two surveys carried out among a sample of lecturers from private universities in Angola, as well as analyses of responses to closed and open questionnaires, show that human resources management concerns both lecturers and the future managers trained by them.
Can Interactive Mediation Tools Bridge the Identity Gap Between the Public and the Art Museum?
2015
International audience; Consumer behaviour in the field of art museums appears to be influenced both by the identity of the public and the art museum and by the context. It is a matter not of changing museum content, but of bringing its identity closer to that of the public in order to promote access to art. The authors first present the theoretical and conceptual framework for their research and then suggest a qualitative methodological approach to addressing the issues described in the results.; La conducta del consumidor en los museos de arte parece estar influenciada tanto por la identidad del público y del museo como por el contexto.
2003
A study of the ancient metallurgy of iron was committed in the Basque Country, in the Baigorri valley, a rich sector whose resources were exploited before Antiquity and sometimes until the century XXth. The prospecting and the investigations undertaken revealed the existence of two mining and metallurgical districts. Their chronology is attested between the end of the Iron age and the century IVth p.C. The mines, the coal-scuttles and the métallurgie sites of the two centres of production were identified, while four workshops of reduction were the subject of a particular archaeological study. These results were confronted with the environmental data resulting from the palynological and geoc…
On some aspects of Borel-Moore homology in motivic homotopy : weight and Quillen’s G-theory
2016
The theme of this thesis is different aspects of Borel-Moore theory in the world of motives. Classically, over the field of complex numbers, Borel-Moore homology, also called “homology with compact support”, has some properties quite different from singular homology. In this thesis we study some generalizations and applications of this theory in triangulated categories of motives. The thesis is composed of two parts. In the first part we define Borel-Moore motivic homology in the triangulated categories of mixed motives defined by Cisinski and Déglise and study its various functorial properties, especially a functoriality similar to the refined Gysin morphism defined by Fulton. These results…
