L'articolo propone una riflessione sugli studi inerenti al benessere organizzativo nel nostro Paese, e un'analisi secondaria sul questionario per la valutazione del Benessere organizzativo nella pubblica amministrazione italiana CIVIT/ANAC realizzata tra il personale tecnico amministrativo di alcuni atenei italiani, con tre obiettivi: confrontare le dimensioni del benessere incluse nel questionario con i fattori considerati nei più noti modelli che in letteratura hanno definito il costrutto del benessere al lavoro; controllare attendibilità e validità dello strumento; identificare la struttura semantica soggiacente alle risposte, prescindendo dall'impostazione precostituita del questionario.

The aim of this research is to explore organizational culture and individual-organization fit (I-O Fit) as predictor of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. It's hypothesized that values composing organizational culture: a) are joint in constructs that postpone to some typologies already explored in the studies concerning organizational cultures; b) they behave as stable elements of that same typology of culture, also when, time passes, their intensity seems modified. The present study verifies the thermo hygrometric comfort conditions in subjects of a university library users, evaluating the differences and peculiarities in the data collected at the measurement campaign. Particularities of the investigation is the period studied concerning the time frame of the Middle season, which is not expected to power the air conditioning systems. The essay analyses Covid-19 workers’ vaccinations in the Italian, Spanish, French, and US legal frameworks. By using the function of cultural orientation of comparative method, the work highlights that in Southern-Europe workers’ vaccination may be mandated by the legislator with the aim to promote collective health.
