New neurons are continually generated in the subependymal layer of the lateral ventricles and the subgranular zone of dentate gyrus during adulthood. In the subventricular zone, neuroblasts migrate a long distance to the olfactory bulb where they differentiate into granule or periglomerular interneurons. In the hippocampus, neuroblasts migrate a short distance from the subgranular zone to the granule cell layer of the dentate gyrus to become granule neurons. Background: The aim of this study was: to evaluate the biological properties of new hydraulic materials: Bio-C Repair and Bio-C Sealer. Methods: Periodontal ligament stem cells were exposed to several dilutions of Bio-C Repair and Bio-C Sealer. The ion release profile and pH were determined. Metabolic activity, cell migration and cell survival were assessed using the 3-(4, 5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2, 5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT), wound-healing assays and Annexin assays, respectively. Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Migrācijas ietekme uz darba tirgu Latvijā" Pētījuma izstrādes mērķis ir identificēt nozīmīgākos iemeslus un raksturot sekas migrācijai, un izstrādāt ieteikumus tās samazināšanai, kā arī izvērtēt kādas sekas migrācija atstāj uz uzņēmējdarbību. Pēc Latvijas iestāšanās Eiropas Savienībā, pieauga Latvijas iedzīvotāju emigrācija uz citām valstīm, līdz ar to Latvija saskaras ar „smadzeņu aizplūdi” un darbaroku trūkumu, dažkārt pārpalikumu.
