The problem of intersubjectivity has an ambiguous fate within phenomenology, since it is the object of a contradictory attitude: on the one hand, the question of intersubjectivity seems just to be an application of phenomenological theories and methods to a particular matter of fact. On the other hand, the issues related to intersubjectivity are loaded with high expectations due to their manifest practical, existential and personal meaning. The goal of the article is to show, from an insightful point of view terno to Italian Thought, the speci city of Italian thought through a genealogical approach. In the first paragraph we try to de ne that what is Italian Thought through the use of the geo- I know approx. The second paragraph takes into consideration the theses presented from Esposito in Living Thought, trying to outline the characteristics of the long genealogy. The third and last paragraph relates the short genealogies proposed by Negri and Gentili.

This article explores the question of the importance of the phenomenological method in Karl Jaspers’ psychopathological writings and highlights a deep continuity between the human understanding of the early writings and his later existential philosophy. espanolEn este trabajo se muestran, de manera muy sucinta, algunos conceptos fundamentales sobre los valores que subyacen en la toma de las decisiones sobre la conservacion de la biodiversidad, asi como las bases psicologicas de la deliberacion en este contexto. Para ello, se describe, en primer lugar, un modelo sociologico clasico que ayuda a predecir la asignacion de recursos para la conservacion, basado en la construccion social y el poder “politico” oculto de las diferentes especies. La sentenza in epigrafe si segnala all'attenzione per aver precisato i criteri che consentono di distinguere le fattispecie di attentato alla sicurezza pubblica di cui all'art. 6 l. n. 895 del 1967, così come novellata dall'art. 13 l. n. 497 del 1974, e quella di «lancio di materiale pericoloso, scavalcamento ed invasione di campo in occasione di manifestazioni sportive», disciplinata dall'art. 6 bis l. n. 401 del 1989. Con essa, inoltre, la Suprema Corte torna a fare il punto, rispettivamente, sul tema del concorso morale e sui presupposti della continuazione.
