International audience; Prenant appui à la fois sur des entretiens réalisés avec des inspecteurs de l’éducation nationale (premier et second degré) et des rapports de contrôles d’une académie (rapports de la mairie et rapports d’inspection) , cette communication vise à comprendre les mécanismes de la fabrication d’un jugement institutionnel sur la conformité de l’instruction donnée dans la famille. Nous mettrons au jour les grandes variables considérées comme « pertinentes » par les inspecteurs pour juger de la conformité de l’instruction dans la famille, et montrerons, les précautions prises pour connaître, sinon estimer, les milieux sociaux dans lesquels évoluent les enfants.

Aby tego dowieźć, wyjaśniono, jak równość odnosi się do zakresu podmiotów uprawnionych do tego, aby im upowszechniać i udostępniać dobra kultury narodowej. In this paper we analyse the impact of the Fifth EU R&D Framework Programme (1998-2002) in the Spanish regions, considering the characteristics of the respective regional systems of innovation. In the aftermath of the First World War, constitutions of European states were widely democratized and parliamentarized, and similar turns were expected in international relations as a consequence of the creation of the League of Nations. This comparative analysis of Swedish and Finnish parliamentary debates on the League membership focusing on conceptualizations of the national versus international demonstrates how democratization and internationalization merged discursively. Vuonna 2020 Suomessa käynnistettiin uudenlaisen pohjan luominen kielen oppimisen jatkumolle, kun ensimmäisen vieraan tai toisen kotimaisen kielen aloitus varhennettiin ensimmäiselle vuosiluokalle. The recent developments in Nordic higher education policy are closely linked with global tendencies, which are in turn reacted to at national and local levels. The financial crisis, massification of higher education, and the attachment to transnational, mainly European policies have set the background for new tendencies in education governance.
