Today is necessary to create new perspectives to limit the rissk both material (structural decay / phisical obsolescence/ security needs/ static disease) and cultural and environmental (funtion degradations - inattentive environmental conditions) and to realize the right living conditions and protection for the development of guidelines for the 21st century construction. This research aims at the creation of new tools for developing a history of building technologies as they relate to their pathologies.

Background and purpose: Due to attitudinal and motivational aims in the national curriculum, and to lack of research on adolescents' experiences with physical education (PE) in Norway, the purposes of this study were to (1) attain data on attitudes toward PE and self-determined motivation for PE among a representative sample of adolescents (N = 2010) in middle school (grade 8–10/age 13–15) and high school (grade 11–13/age 16–19) in Norway, and (2) to explore the relationship between involvement in movement activities outside school and self-determined motivation in PE. Coach autonomy support and quality of sport engagement in young soccer players

Based on the self-determination theory (Ryan & Deci, 2000), this study tested a model of the assumed sequential relationships between perceived autonomy support, psychological need satisfaction, self-determined motivation, and enjoyment/boredom. The hypothesized mediational roles of psychological need satisfaction and self-determined motivation were also studied. In a sample of 370 young male soccer players, path analysis results offered support for the proposed model. This article analyses some selected considerations on the individual psychological variables that determine the perception of work as worthy or satisfactory. It is argued that the eudemonist philosophy of life (Huta and Ryan), basic self-assessments (Judge and Bono), and satisfaction of basic psychological needs (Ryan and Deci) are interrelated as causes of job satisfaction. A two-level model of determinants of job satisfaction is presented and analysed, which relates the theories mentioned above. Walczak's empirical articles confirming these relationships are presented and reviewed.
Conifer needles as thermoplastic composite fillers: structure and properties

This study describes the properties of thermoplastic polymer composites based on polyethylene (of low and high density) and ethylene-propylene copolymers using various types of conifer needles (pine, spruce, fir, and cedar) as fillers. For the needles, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and TGA/Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (TGA/FTIR) were performed to investigate their structures and thermal resistance, as required for the composite processing methods. The borrowing of English words in contemporary Romanian is a phenomenon which has fuelled a considerable amount of public debate, sometimes being described as an invasion and a threat to the language. In this context, the analysis of those factors that promote inter-language transfers in general can help us understand the mechanisms of this complex process, and encourage a more realistic and objective attitude towards it. The present paper reviews some of the most important contributions on the topic to date, describing the most important factors that promote borrowing, both in isolation and in relation to each other.
