Przedmiotem artykułu są tzw. przemianki, czyli miana towarzyskie, które zostały wyekscerpowane z opolskiej księgi cechowej garncarzy z lat 1727–1820 znajdującej się w Archiwum Państwowym w O polu. Temat ten jest ważnym uzupełnieniem ustaleń dotyczących polskiej antroponimii, gdyż, jak twierdzą historycy, nazwy te, mające charakter przezwiskowy (np. Płaczybabka, Marionek, Fiolla, Goniwiecha), mogły się stawać w późniejszym okresie oficjalnymi nazwiskami. Nazwy osobowe pokazane są na tle funkcjonowania grupy społecznej XVIII –XIX-wiecznych rzemieślników, w szczególności ukazana jest rola cechów w szkoleniu młodych fachowców oraz związane z tym zwyczaje. RNA mediated trans-Activation is a proposed mechanism involved in the setting of the epigenetic state of chromatin. It has been studied first in Drosophila melanogaster where it seems that at least some transcribed loci are marked as transcriptionally active by their own transcripts. This effect acts in trans and in some cases could give rise to a transgenerational paramutational-like effect. In the present work we reviewed recent advances concerning neuroprotective/neurotrophic effects of acute or chronic nicotine exposure, and the signalling pathways mediating these effects, including mechanisms implicated in nicotine addiction and nAChR desensitization. Experimental and clinical data largely indicate long-lasting effects of nicotine and nicotinic agonists that imply a neuroprotective/neurotrophic role of nAChR activation, involving mainly alpha 7 and alpha 4 beta 2 nAChR subtypes, as evidenced using selective nAChR agonists. Abstract The topic of 24-hour management of COPD is related to day-to-night symptoms management, specific follow-up and patients’ adherence to therapy. COPD symptoms strongly vary during day and night, being worse in the night and early morning. This variability is not always adequately considered in the trials. Tämän tutkimuksen kohteena oli Ekapeli1, joka on alkuopetuksen käyttöön suunnattu fonologisten taitojen lisäharjoite. Tutkin, mitkä kielellis-kognitiiviset taustataidot ovat yhteydessä peliharjoittelussa edistymiseen ja lukitaitoihin. Tutkimuksen tavoite oli selvittää, millainen kielellis-kognitiivinen profiili on hitaasti edistyvillä pelaajilla verrattuna normaalisti edistyviin. Lisäksi tutkin, onko alkuvaiheen pelaamisen hitaalla edistymisellä eli heikolla interventiovasteella yhteyttä lukutaidon kehityksen pulmiin.
