Ortokeratoloģijas ietekme uz ceturtās kārtas aberācijām.

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 36 lapaspusēm. Tas satur 7 attēlus, 7 formulas, 7 tabulas, 3 grafikus un 38 literatūras atsauces. Darba mērķis bija novērtēt radzenes sagitālā augstuma un leņķa, kā arī ceturtās kārtas aberāciju izmaiņas pēc ortokeratoloģijas lēcu lietošanas. Pētījumā tika analizēti radzenes topogrāfijas dati, iegūti no 30 acīm, trīs mēnešus lietojot ortokeratoloģijas lēcas. Rezultāti neuzrādīja būtiskas izmaiņas ceturtās kārtas aberāciju lielumos. Modificējot ortokeratoloģijas lēcu parametrus, ir iespējams saglabāt labu redzes asumu un skotopisko redzi pēc ortokeratoloģijas lēcu lietošanas.
Acs optiskās kvalitātes ietekme uz kontrastjutību un redzes asumu

Darbs ir uzrakstīts angļu valodā uz 50 lapaspusēm, satur 37 figūras, 1 tabula un 41 literatūras avotus. Pētījuma mērķis bija novērtēt redzes kvalitāti dalībniekiem ar dažādām izmaiņām acs optiskajās vidēs. Augsta kontrasta redzes asums, mezopiskais redzes asums un kontrastjutība ir labi parametri acs optiskās kvalitātes novērtēšanai. Mezopiskais redzes asums ir ar augstu jutību, lai atklātu dalībniekus ar nelielas pakāpes apduļķojumiem acs optiskajās vidēs (agrīna katarakta). Kontrastjutības tests ir jutīgs uz izmaiņām acs optiskajās vidēs dalībniekiem ar ortokeratoloģijas lēcām. Augsta kontrasta redzes asums ir pietiekami jutīgs uz cita veida izmaiņām acs struktūrās

The aim of this paper is to analyze the spatial changes in the Dijon urban area (COMADI) by studying in particular the new tendencies of localization of the high order producer services. Our results display a multicentric structure of the COMADI which exhibits several employment poles. Not only the economic composition of these poles differs between the central pole and the peripheral ones but this composition changes over the study period (1990-1999). New localization logics appear for the high order services : if the historical center remains specialized in financial activities, insurance and real estate (FIRE), the other producer services are more likely to be localized in the periphery.…

Abstract. In this paper, we extend the coupled coincidence point theorems for a mixed g-monotone operator F : X × X → X $F:X\times X\rightarrow X$ obtained by Alotaibi and Alsulami [Fixed Point Theory Appl. (2011), article ID 44], by weakening the involved contractive condition. Two examples are given to illustrate the effectiveness of our generalizations. Our result also generalizes some recent results announced in the literature. Moreover, some applications to integral equations are presented.

The current and upcoming generation of Very Large Volume Neutrino Telescopes – collecting unprecedented quantities of neutrino events – can be used to explore subtle effects in oscillation physics, such as (but not restricted to) the neutrino mass ordering. The sensitivity of an experiment to these effects can be estimated from Monte Carlo simulations. With the high number of events that will be collected, there is a trade-off between the computational expense of running such simulations and the inherent statistical uncertainty in the determined values. The concept of ‘direct applicability’ and ‘self-executing’ nature of international norms is still object of intense debate in the international legal scholarship. In Italy, such a debate has attracted new attention in the light of a recent ruling of the Joint Sections of the Court of Cassation, according to which the norms enshrined in the European Convention of Human Rights are not directly applicable in domestic proceedings. Abstract Pair population analysis seems a reliable method for evaluating atomic valency states and bond orders from the MO wavefunction of molecular systems. A test on some cyclic organic systems was performed. The results confirm the capability of the method to provide a correct description of the molecules in terms of simple VB approach.
